So I thought these tulips rotted in the planter that I had them in so I dumped the planter out and left the dirt where it was. Apparently...the tulips were
not rotten an I received a pretty surprise. Here it is covered in both chickweed and marsh marigold. I allow the marsh marigolds to grow because they make a good ground cover.Then...the chickweed got wild and it was time to pretty the space up.
I want to add something to the area although I am not quite sure yet. It looks too much like a memorial to me and therefore..I think it may need a lawn ornament or two.
