The top picture does look like blackberries... or maybe black raspberries. You might a clip a stem and bring to your local greenhouse for confirmation.
By now you probably found out what this plant is all about, but if NOT, I can tell you that the name of the plant is Phytolacca and the origin is american . When you see it in your garden YOU PULL IT OUT, because it will spread like crazy, birds adore their fruits, and they will spill the little semen anywhere. Also it grows very fast, and becomes quite big.
