Sauce

This took a long time but it was a lot of fun to do together.  I bought a bushel of tomatoes from the farmstand for $20 and we made a ton of sauce from it.

I froze a bunch of the skins to add flavor to future dishes.

Canning. Bought a fifty pound bag of potatoes from the farm stand and so far, have done 14 pints and 19 quarts.

Note to self, if you cut potatoes and prep them, the blue pot makes 9  quarts.
